Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using MizuPool Japan, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Service Usage Rules

Paid Services and Billing

MizuPool Japan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MizuPool Japan from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party. This includes reasonable attorney fees and costs.
Conflict Resolution Process
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, under Japanese law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Service Termination Rights
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
Terms Modification Policy
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
